Peace and Compassion Buddha Circle

Evening sessions are held by the community’s Peace and Compassion Buddha Circle each Sunday evening at 5 pm above the Zen Garden on Frankfort Avenue.

While there are many wonderful paths of the BuddhaWay,  our hope is to establish a circle of friends for in-depth study and training in the  practice of the Vietnamese Zen of Thich Nhat Hahn.

Our aspiration is to develop the mind/heart of awakening and love. We wish to manifest the Buddha, the Christ , and Bodhisattvas in our lives by our collective as well as individual  practice of the 14 mindfulness trainings.  We will practice and educate about peace and justice with others. This is especially necessary in this time of war and increasing exploitation of the world and the destruction of our Sister Earth.

We look to Thay, the Order of Interbeing-Tiep Hien, and its members for support and guidance.  We offer this Circle of friends as a Buddha field where bodhisattvas may sprout.

Sessions are hosted by Bronson Rozier, Lay member of  the Buddhist Order of Interbeing  of Thich Nhat Hahn. brozier@bellsouth.net or call him at 451-2193.
