Location       Sunday Practice Materials

Our Sunday practice session begins at 10:00 a.m. and usually ends around 12:00 p.m.

If you arrive after 10:00, please observe the sign outside our practice area. We ask that all cell phones and devices be turned off or silent during our session.

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are removed in the entry area. We provide cushions to sit on, and have chairs furnished for anyone who needs them.

Our Sunday sessions are facilitated by a rotating group of experienced sangha members. We are a lay group, which means we have no ordained monk guiding our practice session. Our session is practiced in the tradition of the Vietnamese Zen monk, Thich Nhat Hanh, who now resides at Plum Village meditation center in France.

Nothing is compulsory, and your level of participation is up to you.
